EXPERT TESTIMONY

Sadaka Corporation is an Engineering Consulting firm that provides expert Construction Claims & Litigation support services on cases involving issues such as; delay & disruption, weather impacts, change orders impacts, and unforeseen conditions impact claims. As part of our services we provide expert witness review & testimony if the claim proceeds to arbitration or litigation.

The types of clients that we provide services for varies depending on the needed service, but generally include clients such as Contractors or subcontractors, Project owners (such as Government agencies, school district, Municipalities, Private developers, Corporations, etc..) or their representatives such as consulting firms, and Attorneys involved in representing these clients.

The expert testimony is provided by Mr. Michel Sadaka, P.E. who has ninteen  years of experience in the Construction Management and Engineering fields. A Registered Professional Engineer. He has a Masters degree in Construction Management, and a B.S.C.E. with emphasis on structural engineering.   He testified as an expert witness in numerous construction cases both in arbitration and in court. 

He is experienced with the various stages of the project management process from design stage, to bidding & award stage, to the construction stage, and contract close-out stage, and with construction work under U.S. contract conditions as well as with international contract conditions. 

He has personnally prepared, reviewed, and participated in the successful negotiation of construction claims under both the US and International Contract Conditions. His involvement includes specialty services such as;

Involved in the forensic analysis of construction claims with special emphasis on schedule related claims to determine the cause and effect relationships and to establish liability.

Performed claims analysis including the development of adjusted as-planned and as-built schedules and analyzing the impact of each factor on the schedule.

Worked closely on quantifying the amount of damages incurred in claims.

Performed loss of productivity analysis where the impact on the project productivity, due to claim causes, was determined and quantified.

Utilized the latest in computerized methods for providing the above-mentioned services including the preparation of computer interactive (multimedia) presentation of such claims.
