CONSTRUCTION CLAIMS & LITIGATION SUPPORT

Construction claims frequently involve complicated and technical issues. Therefore, properly presenting and justifying such issues becomes a key element in our ability to provide effective service to our clients.

We utilize a wide range of state-of-the-art capabilities including computer-based analysis and presentation that incorporate a combination of computer-generated illustrations and drawings, computerized schedule analysis, cause-and-effect analysis, project progress photographs & videos, and possible computer-recreation of the claim-causing events and their impacts.

In providing construction claims and litigation support to our clients, we provide the following:

Review all relevant project documents & records
Interview available project personnel
Setup issue files (paper & electronic)
Prepare an idependent CPM analysis of the As-planned construciton schedule
Prepare an idependent CPM analysis of the As-built construciton schedule
Compare the As-planned to the As-built schedules
Prepare cause & effect relationships
Establish liability, if possible
Prepare a report outlining our findings and opinion
Prepare an electronic multi-media presentation of the claim report
